FREEDOM PROGRAMME
Information and Awareness
A 12 week course run via zoom where we look at the Dominator and his many faces. We educate ourselves on the tactics used to control us and learn to spot the red flags. We also take a look at what a healthy relationship looks like.

This course is designed for woman, is completely free and you can do it as many times as you like.

FREEDOM FOREVER
A follow on course from the Freedom Programme
A 10 week follow on course from the Freedom Programme. This is a grate course for those who have left their abuser and would like a course that supports moving forward. We discuss topics such as Creating Support Networks, New Relationships, Practical Solutions to Life Changes (for example housing/budgeting/changing schools), Parenting and Aspirations.

HOPE TO RECOVERY
First Steps To Healing
This course is for any adult who has been affected by an unhealthy relationship or is in an abusive relationship, regardless of gender or sexuality.

It is a 6 week course aimed to help you take your first steps into recovering from what you endured.

DOMESTIC ABUSE RECOVERY TOOLKIT
CBT Approach To Healing
This course is designed for any adult who has been effected by domestic abuse in their previous relationship, regardless of gender or sexuality. The course runs for 12 weeks and is CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) based to help those who are struggling with the trauma from domestic abuse.
We also offer a separate children and young persons course. The children’s course runs for 8 weeks and is for any young person that has witnessed or experienced domestic abuse.
The Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is not designed for those still living in an abusive relationship or with an abusive parent.

RECONNECT
Mindful Approach To Healing
A mindfulness workshop to aid healing. This workshop has been designed especially for those who have been through domestic abuse to help reconnect with themselves and bring their focus to self healing. The aim of this workshop is to use mindfulness techniques to be more present and build confidence, and the practice of meditation to help create calm.

It is suitable for anyone. There is a waiting list and priority is given to those who have completed one of our other courses.

SAFETY PLANNING
Thinking Of Leaving But Not Sure Where To Start
We will help you to create a safety plan. We will not pressure you to do anything you are not comfortable with. Our aim is to empower you to make the best choice for you.
